Is it real gold?
Yes. Every piece is solid 14K (585) gold made in our own workshop, never plated or gold-dipped, and ships with an invoice.
Does 14K gold tarnish?
Not in daily wear. Perfume and chemicals can dull it; wash it in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth to bring back the shine.
Why can the weight differ slightly?
Pieces are handcrafted, so the weight may vary by about ±10%.
Is it gift-wrapped?
Every order ships in a GENORO gift box. Add a note at checkout and we will include it.
How long does delivery take?
