All orders are shipped with MNG Kargo.
Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery within Türkiye takes 1–5 business days depending on your address.
Your tracking number is sent by SMS and email.
Unless stated otherwise, shipping is free on orders of 1,000 TRY or more; conditions may change during campaigns.
Every piece ships with an invoice, in a GENORO gift box, and insured.

If the parcel looks damaged, ask the courier to record it and do not accept the package. We will send you a new item.
