Cancellation & Return Policy
At GENORO JEWEL we want you to love every piece you buy. These terms follow Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email. Your payment is refunded to the original method.
Right of withdrawal (15 days)
- You may withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of delivery without giving any reason.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and returned with its original box, invoice and certificate.
- Returns are shipped with MNG Kargo at GENORO JEWEL's expense. Returns sent with other carriers are not accepted.
- Once the item reaches us and is inspected, your payment is refunded to the original method within 10 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Items engraved with names, letters or dates, resized items, or pieces made to order.
- Used, deformed or altered items.
- Earrings and piercing jewelry whose packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
For a size or model exchange, contact us within 15 days. If there is a price difference, we will let you know.
Damaged or defective items
If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to record it before accepting delivery. Items with manufacturing defects are repaired, replaced or refunded free of charge.
