Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: Any natural or legal person who purchases products through www.genorojewel.com.
Article 2 – Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website www.genorojewel.com, whose features and price are shown at the time of order.
Article 3 – Product information
The type, quantity, price, payment method and delivery details of the products are communicated to the Buyer electronically at the final step of the order.
Article 4 – Delivery
Delivery is made by MNG Kargo to the address given by the Buyer, on average within 1–5 business days of order confirmation. Tracking details are sent by email or SMS once the item is shipped.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To use this right, the product must be unused, resalable and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to order, altered, or unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Article 6 – Return conditions
When the right of withdrawal is used, the product is sent back to the Seller with its original invoice and box via MNG Kargo. Return shipping is paid by the Seller. The refund is made to the Buyer's original payment method within 10 business days of the product reaching the Seller.
Article 7 – Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or the Seller's location have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
Article 8 – Effect
By placing an order on www.genorojewel.com, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
